- Site/project details given to us in order to supply the service
- Bank details of suppliers in order to facilitate payments by Faster Pay direct to bank account.
We
do not save the card information of clients who pay via credit or debit card.

- Reports, for example waste services as requested by customers
- General communications about business services by telephone, mobile (including text messages) and email
Google AnalyticsWhen someone visits www.artemeswaste.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing ListsFrom time to time, newsletters may be sent to customers who have requested or agreed to receive them. News items regarding the business will be posted on our Twitter account which is linked to our website. Details of projects will be given, for example “name of project” in “location”, sometimes with a photograph of the site, which has been supplied by the customer.
Images may show the customers’ name (or our customer’s customer) along with our suppliers’ name if there is livery on their vehicles or containers, for example skips, supplied on site.
Artemes Waste Solutions Ltd will seek consent to post such images and for posting articles on any projects where services have been provided.
Electronic storage of data
Sales and AdministrationTo perform everyday tasks, client and supplier information is stored on various electronic files typically in word and excel format. These are stored on hard drives and back-up via cloud storage. In terms of personal data, information is only stored relating to contacts who are part of any transaction e.g. customer booking a job, site contact (as supplied by client) and supplier contact.
AccountsOur accounting software is cloud-based.
Third PartiesInformation is only shared with suppliers in our network in order to provide services. When customers supply information relating to projects, where services are required, we share that information with specific suppliers in order to perform the service requested.
Details of our suppliers may be provided to our clients to assist with the progression of a project and for the purpose of fulfilling Duty of Care: Environmental Protection.
In the event of a data breach, Artemes Waste Solutions Ltd commits to undertaking a full investigation and providing a resolution in a timely manner.
